Left Funds of Germany and the Social Changes in Latin America (on the Experience of the Beginning of the 21st Century)

This article highlights activity of the left German party founds and their evaluation of perform in Latin America during the period from the beginning of XXI century to the present time. At this time period «new left» governments in this region provided social reforms, which was under Western countries critics, including Germany. Thus, analysis of German organizations and funds activity in this region is an actual task of research.
