Annotation
The main purpose of this work is to review the measures taken by the executive committees of the Vladimir province in relation to those persons whose activities were
recognized as harmful to the state system. The February revolution led to a radical change in political and ideological attitudes in the state, and for former employees of the tsarist administration, as well as for those who were supporters of the tsarist government, this resulted in the loss of their positions, and sometimes freedom. However, the arrest and imprisonment were mainly carried out by the highest ranks of the provincial administration, police officers and gendarmes, as well as secret agents of the Security Department. There was no systematic persecution of former members of monarchist parties as such.
