Annotation
The article describes the activities of executive authorities and state institutions involved in the process of social security of orphans, identifies the main problems of organizing social security of orphans and ways to solve them, analyzes statistical data on child orphanhood during the post-war reconstruction of the city of Bobruisk
and the Bobruisk region, identifies forms of social security for orphans in the Bobruisk region within 14 districts according to the administrative-territorial division of the BSSR
from September 20, 1944 and in the city of Bobruisk as a regional center.
