Annotation

The article is devoted to Ataman Yeremey Salamykov, as an elected military leader, as well as his Cossack detachment (stanitsa) as a military micro-corporation, which became a form of self-organization of Russian society in response to the weakening of the state and the distrust of ordinary soldiers to the supreme power, administration and their high command. The surviving documents of the order management of such orders as Discharge and State orders made it possible to reconstruct at least part of the military path of the Cossack squad and trace the process of integration of the military squad of the free Cossacks and its leader into the military estate structure of the Moscow state.
