The decision to publish in the journal is based on the relevance, scientific significance, novelty, and reliability of the submitted materials.
The decision on publication is made by the editorial board based on the expert evaluation of its members and taking into account the opinion of reviewers—qualified specialists in the subject matter of the submitted materials.
An article may be rejected at the stage preceding peer review in the following cases:
- the topic of the article does not correspond to the journal’s scope;

- a high level of undocumented borrowing is detected;
- the materials contain fundamental contradictions to the ethical principles upheld by the journal;
- the article is of low scientific quality;
- the formatting of the article does not comply with the journal’s established requirements.
In the event of a publication refusal, the author is sent a reasoned notification or a copy of the review.
The editorial office reserves the right, with the author’s consent, to make reductions and editorial adjustments that do not affect the meaning or content of the article and preserve the integrity of the publication.
Materials published in the journal reflect the personal viewpoints of the authors, which may not coincide with the editorial position. The authors are responsible for the factual information presented in their articles.
